Our AAA Services Guarantee reflects our commitment to service quality and professional standards.
It is not a guarantee of any specific financial result, tax outcome, refund amount, audit result, government approval, government processing time, business success, or regulatory decision.

3. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply.
Accurate
“Accurate” means that Beaver Accounting performs professional accounting services using reasonable care, professional judgment, accepted accounting principles, and applicable tax legislation based solely upon the information and documentation provided by the client.
Accuracy refers to the quality of the professional work performed and is dependent upon the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of information supplied by the client.
If Beaver Accounting makes a demonstrable material error solely attributable to our work, we will review and correct the error at no additional professional fee.
The term “Accurate” does not apply where:
- Incorrect information was supplied by the client.
- Information was incomplete.
- Required documentation was withheld.
- Information was submitted after filing deadlines.
- Information changed after services were completed.
- Government agencies subsequently interpreted legislation differently.
- Tax laws changed after services were rendered.
Affordable
“Affordable” means Beaver Accounting is committed to providing professional accounting services at fair, transparent, and competitive pricing.
Service fees are determined based upon factors including:
- Type of service requested.
- Complexity of the engagement.
- Volume of documentation.
- Required turnaround time.
- Government filing requirements.
- Professional expertise required.
- Additional consultations requested.
Affordable does not imply that Beaver Accounting offers the lowest pricing available within the marketplace.
Accountable
“Accountable” means Beaver Accounting accepts responsibility for the professional quality of services we provide and will investigate legitimate concerns raised by our clients.
Where appropriate, Beaver Accounting may provide one or more of the following service-based remedies:
- Review completed work.
- Correct demonstrable errors.
- Re-perform affected services.
- Assign a senior team member to review the matter.
- Provide a future service credit where appropriate.
Any remedy offered remains entirely at Beaver Accounting’s professional discretion and is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Client Satisfaction Commitment
Beaver Accounting is committed to providing professional, responsive, and high-quality accounting services.
If you are dissatisfied with any professional service we have provided, we encourage you to notify us promptly so that we may review your concerns and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Where appropriate, Beaver Accounting may provide one or more of the following service-based remedies:
- Review completed work at no additional professional fee.
- Correct errors attributable solely to Beaver Accounting.
- Re-perform the affected portion of the service.
- Assign a senior team member to review the engagement.
- Offer a future service credit where appropriate.
This Client Satisfaction Commitment reflects our commitment to professional service quality.
It does not constitute an unconditional satisfaction guarantee or a promise of a full monetary refund.
5. Important Limitations of the Client Satisfaction Commitment
The following material limitations and conditions apply to our Client Satisfaction Commitment.
Our Client Satisfaction Commitment:
- Does not provide automatic monetary refunds.
- Does not guarantee tax refunds.
- Does not guarantee CRA acceptance.
- Does not guarantee audit outcomes.
- Does not guarantee government approvals.
- Does not guarantee specific financial results.
- Does not guarantee investment outcomes.
- Does not guarantee business success.
- Does not guarantee processing times of government agencies.
Concerns regarding professional services should be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days following completion of the applicable service or the invoice date, whichever occurs first.
The Client Satisfaction Commitment does not apply where:
- Incomplete information was supplied by the client.
- Incorrect information was supplied by the client.
- Misleading or fraudulent information was supplied.
- Required documents were not provided.
- Filing deadlines were missed due to client delay.
- The client failed to follow Beaver Accounting’s professional advice.
- Work was modified by another service provider after completion.
- Government legislation or tax regulations changed.
- The matter relates to decisions made by the Canada Revenue Agency or another government authority.
- The service provided was complimentary, promotional, or provided without charge.
Any service credit or corrective work offered under this commitment remains at the sole discretion of Beaver Accounting based upon the individual circumstances of each matter.
6. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, Beaver Accounting does not provide automatic refunds for professional services that have already been completed.
Where appropriate, Beaver Accounting may instead provide one or more service-based remedies described in our Client Satisfaction Commitment.
Nothing contained in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that consumers may have under applicable Ontario or Canadian consumer protection legislation.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients play an important role in the successful delivery of professional accounting services.
Clients agree to:
- Provide complete information.
- Provide accurate information.
- Provide truthful information.
- Supply requested documentation in a timely manner.
- Review completed work before approval or filing.
- Notify Beaver Accounting promptly of any concerns or errors.
- Respond to requests for additional information.
- Maintain copies of important financial records.
- Meet applicable filing deadlines where client action is required.
- Inform Beaver Accounting of any material changes affecting previously supplied information.
Failure to satisfy these responsibilities may affect the quality, timing, or outcome of the services provided.
8. Accuracy of Client Information
Professional accounting services depend upon the accuracy and completeness of information supplied by the client.
Beaver Accounting relies on information provided by clients without independently verifying every fact unless specifically engaged to do so.
Accordingly, Beaver Accounting is not responsible for errors, delays, penalties, assessments, interest charges, or other consequences arising from:
- Missing documentation.
- Incorrect information.
- Incomplete information.
- Late submission of information.
- Fraudulent or misleading information.
- Failure to disclose relevant financial matters.
- Changes occurring after services have been completed.
Clients remain solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide.
9. Professional Advice
Information published on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as accounting, tax, financial, legal, investment, or business advice applicable to your specific circumstances.

10. Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Government Matters
Beaver Accounting prepares and files documents based upon information supplied by our clients.

Accordingly, Beaver Accounting does not guarantee:
- Approval of tax returns.
- Processing times.

- Government assessments.
- Government reassessments.
- Government benefit eligibility.
- Processing delays.
- Legislative or policy changes.
- Decisions made by financial institutions or third parties.
Government agencies remain solely responsible for their own decisions, assessments, reviews, audits, processing times, and enforcement activities.
11. Appointments, Scheduling, and Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by telephone, by email, or in person.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you notify us as early as reasonably possible.
Beaver Accounting reserves the right to charge reasonable administrative fees for missed appointments, repeated cancellations, or appointments cancelled without sufficient notice where permitted by applicable law.
We also reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Payment Terms
Professional fees are based on the nature, complexity, and scope of the services provided.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
- Additional services requested after commencement of an engagement may result in additional fees.
- Government filing fees and third-party costs are separate from our professional fees unless otherwise stated.
- Outstanding balances may be subject to collection procedures permitted by applicable law.
Beaver Accounting reserves the right to suspend or decline additional services where outstanding invoices remain unpaid.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beaver Accounting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of our website or professional services.
This includes, but is not limited to:
